All work is prepared using the resources best suited to achieve the client's desired result while being consistent with the client's practical cost concerns.

Frequent consultation with the client on these matters is the rule, not the exception.
Our billing rates range from $250 per hour to $350 per hour for attorneys and from $60 per hour to $100 per hour for paralegals and legal assistants. With the client's prior approval, the Firm will use of-counsel and contract lawyers. Billing rates are subject to periodic adjustment with advance notice to the client.

Though billings are normally mailed monthly, the Firm has the flexibility to make special arrangements to the extent reasonably necessary to meet client needs. Before work is commenced, we discuss fees with the client and prepare a written fee agreement.

Special arrangements may take the form of monthly retainers, fee structures with combined reduced-rate hourly charges, lump sum payments, and flat fees with a percentage contingency if the matter is successfully concluded.
